It seems like position 2 won the trial.Position 2 had a reasonable . Opening statement of the position 1 was unclear. Sometimes the lawyers of the position 1 was going off topic. Secondly the witnesses were not well organized with their lawyers. It seemed like they weren't prepared enough. Sometimes position 1's arguments were sometimes even contradicting each others. Some other witness seemed to shy to talk. and it made them a bad impression. Sometimes, some witnesses stated contradicting ideas.
